In the vast territory of China,
I will lead the auto parts industry through the global sales network.
- Q. What's your current job?
- I am responsible for ordering customers requests and managing clients, which are the basis of company sales. To establish market share, profit or loss, and sales goals and to achieve them successfully, I continuously manage the change in market environment and the distribution network. I also accurately identify what customers want through the contact points and acquire information to improve the performance of our products.
- Q. What qualifications and requirements are needed to perform your job?
- My job is basically about dealing with people, so I need leadership with active personality to lead situations. Also, insights to learn on an ongoing basis, to understand customers’ needs immediately, and to develop strategies are needed. Again, I am dealing with people, therefore, the work process is as important as the outcome. To guarantee a good relationship with others, the good process should be promised.
- Q. When do you feel rewarding at work?
- Trust is important in customer relationships. When you sign a contract, your customers must be satisfied and, in turn, your company must benefit from it as well. When I meet highly demanding customers, they s require a huge amount of efforts and attention. But sometimes I feel very proud when I get a series of contracts after the initial one through my concerted efforts.
- Q. What is your dream to realize with Valeo Kapec?
- I want to establish a management system that can help to effectively operate businesses, the infrastructure and sales organization. My ultimate goal is to establish a sales infrastructure that can be managed jointly by JV sites through efficient coaching on the real sites of sales. I would like to be the best salesman in the vast territory of China and to promote China site sales.
