Korea Site Finance Team Kwang-Ick Lee- Q. What are the reasons and benefits of choosing our company?
- I joined the company to experience a variety of works in the world market. In order for company to develop employees’ global competencies and foster human resources, various training opportunities such as foreign language education and job training (internal and external) are provided. In addition, we regularly hold meetings between the management and the employees to listen to the voices of the project sites and reflect them directly in management. The interactions and exchanges between employers and employees are being sustained. In an era of rapidly changing world, I am so proud of our company, which is moving forward holding hands together.
- Q. What's your current job?
- I am in charge of investment budget and property work. I am managing assets from purchase to sale and even responsible for depreciation. Management accountants require meticulous and creative thinking and diversity to do the jobs. Because we provide the information needed for decision making for management, accurate analysis of the figures is mandatory. Moreover, I feel very proud because the data I analysis is very critical in making decisions.
- Q. What is your competitive edge for a successful job?
- I had never stopped challenging, learning, and volunteering while my school days, and had participated in formal and informal discussions and meetings both at schools and outside, which was to promote my ability of speaking logically. I think I was able to get a job thanks to that experience with my strong point.
- Q. What is your dream to realize with Valeo Kapec?
- I think the manufacturing cost is one of the most important competitive factors in the rapidly changing automotive industry. There are various tasks in cost management such as cost reduction and cost analysis by project. To be the world best company, I think we need experts in cost management. So through my efforts to improve myself constantly based on the advice from seniors, I look forward to growing as a cost management specialist in the Global No.1 Valeo Kapec.
