Growing with the company,
I step forward to the world stage.
- Q. What kind of job are you currently in charge of?
- I’m in charge of overseas sales which manage international customers. I receive RFQ and submit an estimate through an internal meeting, through which after order is won, they will be my client. Afterward, I quickly respond to customer needs and acts as a communication channel between the company and the customers.
- Q. What qualifications and abilities are required to perform the job?
- Because my job is aimed at overseas customers, foreign language skills are essential. Especially, English conversation and composition (e-mail writing) are the most important and it is easy to work if you know a little more about trade English. In addition, because there is a lot of collaboration with relevant departments, understanding the work of other departments and communication skills are essential.
- Q. When do you feel rewarding at work?
- I don't often have a chance to meet clients in person overseas. Work is done mostly by e-mail or phone. I feel rewarding when customers often visit the company in person and tour the site or I meet customers directly on a business trip. Meeting with customers who have only exchanged e-mail in person will help me better understand what their real needs are, and this will be rewarding when we are able to win many orders.
- Q. What is your dream to realize with Valeo Kapec?
- As a global company, I would like to meet more customers in person and operate on a global scale as an overseas sales manager for Valeo Kapec. I will work hard with a mind-set that the growth of the company goes with the growth of the individual.
